HEREIQ connects attendance, leave, payroll, employee records, documents, performance, onboarding, and reporting into one system — so payroll closes from the same data attendance was taken in. It works offline, because the organisations using it don't always have a connection.

Catalyst Gen builds interpretation layers.

Africa is where we begin, not where our ambition ends. Building here puts us close to problems that remain underserved by traditional technology — and close enough to the people living them to know when a feature is theory.
